Offline Mode

Just like any app, a consistent and strong Wi-Fi signal is critical for maintaining data integrity. We’ve all seen the “cannot refresh feed" on Facebook or “Something went wrong” on Instagram. Unfortunately, a strong connection is never a guarantee when working out on a property.

At Leonardo247, we understand Wi-Fi, and even cellular connections, are not consistent across your property, so we designed our mobile app to work “offline”. Not only does our offline mode protect your data, but it also saves battery usage on your device since it's not constantly looking for a connection.

Simply place your device in Offline Mode before you leave the office, and when you return to a location with a strong Wi-Fi connection, you can confidently, and easily, sync data from your device.

Oh, and we know you need to remain connected so you can still receive calls and texts while you are on the property - Offline Mode does not interfere with normal phone use!

Enable Offline Mode:

1. Select the More icon.
2. Tap Offline Mode.
   • If you are assigned to one property, that's it! 
   • If you are assigned to more than one property continue below.
3. On the Offline Properties pop-up
   • Locate the property you want to take offline and use the toggle to select the property.
   • Tap Go Offline.
   • Tap the blue back arrow to return to settings.
4. That's it! Your property is now offline.
