Scheduling Saved Reports

Learn how to schedule saved Reports that you use frequently so that you can always access them easily.

Saving reports so that they are easy to find is a great benefit, but saving reports also allows for an equally beneficial feature…scheduling reports. Saved reports can be scheduled to be automatically emailed so that instead of running a report, perhaps daily, it can automatically arrive in your inbox.

To schedule a saved Report:

  1. Customize and save your report(s) to My Reports.
  2. Navigate to My Reports.
  3. Click on the report you want to schedule.
  4. Click "Schedules."
  5. Click "Add New Schedule."
  6. Select the desired recurrence: daily, weekly, monthly, yearly.
  7. Set the additional parameters based on your recurrence selection.
  8. Add one or more recipients, using email addresses, or contact types.
  9. Select the desired export format: PDF, Excel, CSV.
  10. Click "Save."
  11. Click "Continue."
     


To edit the schedule of a saved Report:

  1. Navigate to My Reports.
  2. Find the report in the list and click the edit icon to make changes.
  3. Click on "Schedules."
  4. Click the edit icon next to the schedule.
  5. Make your edits.
  6. Click "Save."
  7. Click "Continue."
