Getting Started with Dashboard
The Dashboard shows all documents that are on notice, expired, and/or missing. This section can be filtered to help users narrow their search to a specific document, property group, portfolio, or property.
On Notice or Expired Documents
When files are initially uploaded, users have the option to set an expiration date. This is especially pertinent for time sensitive items such as insurance certifications and contract terms. When a user opts to set an expiration date, they are also required to select a Notice Option. The Notice Option is the amount of time the user would like be notified/reminded prior to the file’s expiration, e.g. one month, one day before, etc. The Dashboard will display files that are within their notice period, or that have exceeded their notice period, and are now expired.
To resolve On Notice or Expired Documents from the Dashboard:
- Click on the wrench icon next to the item you wish to resolve.
- Enter the name of the new document.
- Upload the replacement document (updated contract, insurance certification, etc.)
- Add the new Expiration and Notify Me period as needed.
- Select "Resolve."

Missing Documents
When a folder is created or edited, users have the option to select the "has requirements" checkbox. By doing so, Leonard247 creates a missing document alert on the Dashboard and Workspace for all applicable users.
To upload a missing document from the Dashboard:
- Select the "Upload" button next to the missing document.
- Fill in the name of the document.
- Upload the file.
- If needed, add an "Expiration" and/or "Notify Me" option.
- Select "Upload."
