Resolving Missing Documents
Missing documents in Document Manager may show up on your Property Workspace under Document Alerts. Learn how to resolve these alerts.
To resolve a missing document from the Property Workspace:
- Under "Document Alerts," click the wrench icon next to the missing document you wish to resolve.
- Enter the name of the document (be as specific as possible.)
- Add your file by dragging and dropping, clicking to upload or using the "Select from Doc Manager" option.
- Set Expiration and "Notify Me" options.
- Click "Resolve."
