Resolving Missing Documents

Missing documents in Document Manager may show up on your Property Workspace under Document Alerts. Learn how to resolve these alerts.

To resolve a missing document from the Property Workspace:

  1. Under "Document Alerts," click the wrench icon next to the missing document you wish to resolve. 
  2. Enter the name of the document (be as specific as possible.)
  3. Add your file by dragging and dropping, clicking to upload or using the "Select from Doc Manager" option.
  4. Set Expiration and "Notify Me" options.
  5. Click "Resolve."
