Getting Started on Mobile

Welcome to Leonardo247's mobile app! Upon logging in, you will notice four icons located at the bottom of the app: Tasks, On Demand, Map, and More. This video series will walk you through the most frequently used features, specifically Tasks and More. But first, let's briefly review On Demand and Map to ensure you're familiar with all the navigation options.

On Demand

On Demand is a company specific document and training library so what you see in this section will vary based on what your company has added.

Map

The Map section shows your property, or properties if you are assigned to more than one, on a map with a location pin. These pins will show up either Red, Yellow, or Green based on the properties completion ratio. Each company establishes their unique completion threshold which determines when a property is considered out of compliance. Red meaning the property is out of compliance while green indicates compliance. Yellow is of course cautionary, and the property is closely approaching non-compliance. Compliance ratings are not based on individual performance, but rather how the property is working as a team across all tasks.

More

The More icon takes us to our Settings section of the app. Here we find several resources used throughout our day, like Offline Mode, Sync Status, My Approvals, and Help Center where you can find additional resources on Leonardo247 features.
