🚀 We’re excited to share some powerful usability updates in our latest Leonardo247 platform release! These improvements are designed to help you access key information faster, whether you're working on desktop or mobile.

What’s New?

✅ View Completed Forms Instantly

You asked, we delivered! You can now directly access the details of a completed form right from the Completed tasks list on desktop.

No need to reopen the task or run a report just to view the details of one task. With this release, simply click the new View Completed Form pdf icon adjacent the desired Completed task!

This update applies to:

Tasks
Workflow Tasks
Unit Workflow Tasks

Whether you're verifying inspections, reviewing team submissions, or accessing documentation, you’ll save time with just one click.

Product Fruits

The pdf icon will appear greyed out until it has processed and is accessible. This may take a moment after task completion.

🏢 Property Attributes - More Visibility

In this release, you can now access, view and edit the Property Attributes page directly from the Property workspace!

📱Mobile Upload Retry

Some users may see a new button to "retry" a failed photo upload. This enhancement provides users more control and reduces frustration when a photo doesn't initially save due to poor network connectivity.

Prior to this release, users would lose these photos with no indication there was an issue. Now, failed uploads are visibly flagged with a red boarder, and a retry button appears in the upper-left corner of each failed image. This change gives users a clear indication of issues and an immediate way to resolve them, significantly reducing data loss and frustration.

📱Dark Mode for Android

Android users can now use dark mode without issue. All text is readable across the app. While some minor color and style adjustments remain in progress, the primary visibility problem has been resolved.
