Navigating the Library
Learn how to navigate the Library in Document Manager.
The Library will list all available folders by portfolio. In this section of Document Manager you can create additional folders and upload documents unique to your property or portfolio, and view existing items.
Examples of folders we’ve seen customers add include emergency preparedness instructions, site maps, building system details, and maintenance certifications.
To Navigate the Library:
- Use filters at the top of the page to search keywords.
- Use the folder tree at top of page.
- Use icons to download, edit, copy or move folders, delete items.
