# Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard offers Regional Managers a comprehensive overview of all properties within their assigned region, presented in both map and list views.

**Map View**: Properties are displayed with color-coded pins to indicate their status at a glance:

-   **Red**: Indicates lack of task compliance across the property.
-   **Yellow**: Highlights properties in jeopardy of task non-compliance.
-   **Green**: Represents properties in task compliance.

**List View**: Provides detailed information, including:

-   Number of users who haven't had activity in the last 5 days.
-   Missing or expired documents.
-   Task compliance status.

The Dashboard is an invaluable tool for Regional Managers to maintain a quick pulse on their properties, ensuring efficient management and proactive issue resolution.
